Breakthrough at WHX Dubai
In February 2026, Team Curezma represented the Australian biotech ecosystem on the global stage at the World Health Expo (WHX) in Dubai. Invited by Investment NSW, the team engaged in strategic discussions with international investors, clinicians, and regional distributors regarding Curezma’s upcoming capital raise and global expansion.
The event underscored the immense global demand for Curezma’s patented, dual-axis, steroid-free platform for Atopic Dermatitis. By bridging the gap between advanced delivery platforms and next-gen manufacturing, Curezma is poised to address one of dermatology’s most persistent unmet needs across the GCC and beyond.

Bridging Biotech: Sydney to Ontario
Curezma founders, Aditi and the author, recently presented their patented Atopic Dermatitis technology to a visiting Life Sciences delegation from Ontario at the Canadian Consulate in Sydney. The presentation highlighted Curezma’s unique dual-axis treatment methodology, which combines topical and oral systemic pathways for a holistic approach to eczema. Following a previous meeting with Invest Ontario at the Cicada Health Tech Community, this event reinforced the strong potential for Ontario to serve as Curezma’s strategic "landing pad" for its upcoming expansion into the Canadian market.

Curezma made a significant impact at Bio2025 in Boston, showcasing its innovative oral solution for moderate-to-severe Atopic Dermatitis. Supported by Investment NSW, MTPConnect, and Austrade, the team engaged with global investors and partners to advance their mission of providing efficacious, steroid-free eczema care. Beyond the technical sessions on AI and biologics, the week was defined by high-level networking and building international momentum for Curezma’s science-backed, heart-driven approach.

We're excited to announce that Curezma has joined the Cicada HealthTech Hubat the Westmead Health & Innovation District, marking a major step in our mission. As Australia's first patented, steroid-free eczema range, our goal is to tackle the massive public health challenge of undertreated eczema, which affects millions and costs the economy billions. By joining this vibrant community, we are accelerating our commitment to developing compassionate and scientifically rigorous solutions. We are already focused on launching two world-first eczema treatment formats in 2025. We look forward to this next phase of innovation and collaboration within the Westmead Precinct!
