We desperately pulled into the first place we saw—a restaurant—hoping they'd have butter or oil to soothe her agonizing skin, even if just for a moment.

The realization that there was no effective, steroid-free solution on the market for these young, suffering souls was truly heartbreaking.
This profound need inspired my business and life partner, Aditi, a brilliant biochemist and me to act. We channelled our efforts through our R&D lab, Arete Labs, dedicating ourselves to finding a breakthrough.
